NATO electronics expert John Kinsdale (Kennedy) is out to seek revenge for the killing of his family by a group of terrorists. Mike McAllister (Mills) becomes Kinsdale's aide, giving technical advice. The movie culminates into a violent bloody scene of vigilante-style terror & revenge.
