The fates of Morena and Leo will be framed by the jungle, its waterfalls, rivers and enthralling animals. Their mutual attraction runs so deep that their lives will be intertwined for good. Morena, a young fashion designer whose heart is shattered just days before her wedding, having witnessed Oscar - her fiance' - in the arms of another woman. Her pain is such that she leaves everything behind and finds shelter in a remote paradise to allow her wounds to heal. Leo grew up in the jungle ignoring his true origins, as to protect Leo from his mother's assassin, his real father Flavio Sirenio left the boy in this breathtaking place under the care of his longtime friend.
Leo will find a picture that brings his past to surface. Every person in it will be a piece of his puzzle, one that he will zealously try to put together. Leo makes a radical decision; he will travel to the city and withstand his truth:and the powerful Sirenio family. Leo and Morena have parted their ways, but upon their arrival to the city fate will bring them together in the least expected of places. Morena is hired by the textile company owned by the brothers Lucio and Aldo Sirenio. Her debut at the company will be stirred when Leo shows up at the Sirenio Corporate office. His uncle Lucio immediately recognizes the young man; he knows he is a Sirenio. Unfortunately, uncle Aldo - his mother's murderer - sees in the young man a threat to his wicked interests in the company. His real father, Flavio Sirenio, whom everyone assumed dead did in fact survive a devastating fire but is disfigured, amnesiac and erring the streets.
Leo breaks the news about his identity to Morena: he is a Sirenio but needs to prove it. Morena's love makes her support Leo even if this will mean going against Silvia, her own mother. Silvia wants Morena to leave the city and thus prevent her to find out that Roberto Cardenas, the man accused of killing Victoria - Leo's mother-, is in fact her father. Morena and Leo struggle day and night in their pursuit of happiness. However, the return of Oscar - Morena's ex fiance' - turns everything upside down as he is determined to win Morena back. On the other hand and following Aldo's advice, unscrupulous Cassandra is more than willing to do whatever it takes to separate the couple so she can have Leo. Aldo Sirenio sees in Oscar a potential ally therefore he decides to help him with Morena. By doing so, Aldo's power and richness will be out of reach from the hands of the principal heir of the family empire: Leo. Aldo's ambition is so uncanny that he involves Leo in the assassination of Morena's grandfather so this buries their love altogether.
Even when their enemies unite against them and the greed of many is way too strong, Morena and Leo will stand together until the end. With love for one another as cornerstone they shall manage to build a bridge between their worlds.
