Seemingly the most important thing in investigation is identification of the criminals. Indeed the troubles start from this very moment if it is not an ordinary crime. For instance, the murderer is identified but how to find him in multimillion country? Or even worse: the criminal is in sight but it is quite dangerous to call him to account. Most of features and detective stories solve the situation unoriginally or do not solve it at all. The criminal series 'The Highest degree' shows the non-typical and therefore noticeable solution of the problem: to fight the criminals of that power the energies of all their enemies are consolidated.
