THE WHITE ARROW

A young commando Nikolay Balakirev must leave the service to take care of his sister orphaned after their mother's death. He joins law enforcement's Organized Crime Unit.
Soon an infamous criminal Pelican murders his sister and bribes his way out of jail. Nikolay is ready to become a vigilante:but he is pre-empted by a group of mysterious masked men who assassinate Pelican leaving a note with a white arrow logo next to the body.
It takes awhile before Nikolay manages to track down the group and join it in a mission to fight the corruption and free the society from criminals, the tasks failed by the government. But the forces are too unequal and the relentless war with criminals and corrupt law enforcement takes the lives of the entire White Arrow group.
Many years later the group's only survivor Nikolay avenges the legacy of his comrades.
